Aye, Akram in the lobby was dope—he made my stay way better after a rough start. I be chillin’, enjoying the rooftop pool and my cozy room. Just wish the cleanliness was more on point, ya feel me? That coulda been better, fr.

The location stood out, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I appreciated the decent size of the room, making it comfortable for our family. The elevator was a plus, easy to access. Unfortunately, the services didn't meet expectations. The room was cleaned only once during our six-night stay, which was disappointing. Wi-fi was very poor, making it hard to use for any online work. The TV didn’t work either, which was frustrating. I also expected some basic amenities like a microwave, especially when staying with a child. Staff interactions were decent, but requests for room cleaning went unfulfilled. I had to clean up a bit myself. The stay had its positives, but the lack of attention to service was a letdown.

The internet connection was excellent in my room.

i almost considered giving this place a good review, but then realized there was mold in the bathroom and the noise from the nightclub kept me up all night, what a lovely surprise! i expected at least a room upgrade for putting up with this nonsense. not worth the so-called 'deluxe' experience at all.

The location was fantastic, providing easy access to explore the vibrant city. We enjoyed the live entertainment and the welcoming atmosphere at the hotel, which was perfect for our family with three young kids.

In my wife’s opinion, the cleanliness of the rooms needs significant improvement.

The rooftop pool was a perfect spot to unwind, and I loved how cozy my Deluxe Double Room felt. Enjoyed the steam room and full body massage, which were the real treats after a long day. 😄

Had a great time with friends here! We explored lively places and enjoyed live music late into the night. The staff was friendly, and the location was perfect for grabbing food nearby. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re looking for fun and a social vibe.

One drawback was the cleanliness. the rooms could use a thorough cleaning. We found some areas that weren't up to par, which was a bit disappointing for the price we paid.

Everything was first-rate.

The room size is very good, and the furniture is nice. Plus, the internet connection is excellent—one of the best I have ever experienced in Dubai. A standout had to be Akbar or Akram, the receptionist, who was very good and respectful, which made my long stay much more bearable.
