Everything was superb, including extremely helpful stuff that works the night shift. Overall it was good sized with a balcony.

well-organized place, extremely helpful staff that works the night shift. silent & good-sized unit with bathroom, a balcony, as example. decent location in an area where everything is available, easy to get anywhere. and right by near from metro station, malls and the train station.

The location stood out, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I appreciated the decent size of the room. Unfortunately, the services didn't meet expectations. The room was cleaned only once during our six-night stay, disappointing. Wi-fi was very poor. The TV didn't work either, frustrating. I also expected some basic amenities like a microwave, especially when staying with a child. Staff interactions were decent, but requests for room cleaning went unfulfilled. I had to clean up a bit myself. The stay had its positives, but the lack of attention to service was a letdown.

The hotel staff was approachable and kind.

Everything was good, helpful staff, unbeatable location right by the metro station and a lot of good shops around, Dubai. I got twin/double room for 1 night, loved it. The atmosphere created was quiet.

The internet connection was excellent in my room.

No complimentary water provided in the room water charges 15 aed per bottle. Staff very rude especially receptionist no respect for the guest inhouse , no courtsey, no politeness poor choice of breakfast in the buffet staff unhelpful in the restaurant during check in requested for a room service menu until c/o never received

The hotel has a central location close to the airport.

I almost considered giving this place a good review, but then realized there was mold in the bathroom and the noise from the nightclub kept me up all night, what a lovely surprise! I expected at least a room upgrade for putting up with this nonsense. Not worth the so-called 'beautiful' experience at all.

The excellent buffet breakfast was a real bonus of our stay at the Delmon Hotel. Being around the corner from the Al Riqqa metro station was also a handy spot and it's not too far to walk to the Creek though it's very hot walking, even alongside the Creek and all the trader ships. There are some shopping malls nearby to duck into to escape the heat & have a coffee though. We enjoyed the use of the pool on the roof too though there are only 4 loungers. There could be more at the other end of the pool instead of the seating area.

I called Housekeeping for more teabags and was told to call Room Service as I'd have to buy a cup of tea! I argued with all of these people after several phone calls back & forth and after calling Reception, some new teabags were delivered (with an apology). Everyone was polite so that wasn't what I didn't like - it was just the notion that the tea/coffee facilities spoken about in the brief on the website, had to be paid for after the first day! Never heard of that before in all the hotels we've ever stayed in.

The location was fantastic, providing easy access to explore the vibrant city. We enjoyed the live entertainment and the cute atmosphere at the hotel, perfect for our family with three young kids.

In my wife's opinion, the cleanliness of the rooms needs significant improvement.

I have booked big room with three beds but they gave me smaller room with extra bed and charged me for the extra bed. Also the swimming pool is not clean

Nothing at all,unpolite staff at reception, poorly soundproof rooms , cold breakfast and so on....
